Rapid Antigen Test Kit Nasal ( Colloidal Gold ) Professional Test
Principle of the procedure
The SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Test Kit (GICA) uses the lateral flow immuno-chromatographic sandwich assay to detect nucleocapsid protein of SARS-CoV-2 in nasopharyngeal swabs or nasal swabs.
The patient sample is placed in the Sample Tube, during which time the virus particles in the sample are disrupted, exposing internal viral nucleoproteins. After disruption, the sample is dispensed into the Test Cassette sample well. And the sample migrates through a test strip, if the SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen is present, a red color line will be showed on the T site. If SARS-CoV-2 viral antigen is absent, there is not a red line will be showed on the T site, however, a red line will be always showed on the C site indicating that the reaction system is properly happened.

Test procedure
1. Open your test kit and take out all the components.
2. Twist off the top of the buffer bottle, slowly dispense all of the buffer into the extraction tub.
3. Open and take out the swab
4. Carefully insert the swab into the nostril until you fell a slight resistance (about 1.5-2.5cm up your nose). Using gentle rotation, roll the swab firmly around the inside of the nostril, making 5 complete circles each nostril, and then slowly remove it while wiping.
5. Elution of samples from swabs
6.Open pouch and place the card on a clean, dry, flat surface
7. Apply 3 drops of extracted sample at a 90º angle to the specimen well of the test card.
8. Wait 15 minutes
9. Interpret the test results at 15~20 minutes.
